Hummus

I've tried several different hummus recipes, and I've never made anything better than what I can buy at the store...until today. Below, the best hummus recipe I have yet to find:

2 cans (15.5 oz) garbanzo beans
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (2 lemons)
1/4 cup tahini
2+ tablespoons olive oil
1+ tablespoon coarse salt
2-4 cloves of garlic
parsley
pinch of cayenne pepper

Reserve 1/4 cup garbanzo bean juice, rinse beans.
Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

Eat.
